With the massive shortage of mechanics, this skill is in high demand and offers stable employment opportunities. Laura is the founder of London’s first all-female garage; she completed her training with Porche. She worked in several garages before setting up her own company and recruits and trains female mechanics continuing to fly the flag for women to enter the profession.
